We’re excited to announce the 13^th Annual Triangle Neighbors' Northalsted Halloween Parade on Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 7PM.  The costume parade has become the city’s most renowned Halloween event drawing thousands of spectators.  It’s a creative, fun and entertaining event for the entire community that raises funds for our community garden park.  And a Saturday parade means a huge crowd so we’ve extended the parade route north to Addison (versus stopping at Cornelia).  We're excited to announce Miss Foozie has agreed to emcee the parade again this year!

As in past years, we expect to see costumes from garish to ghoulish-worn by adults, kids and pets. The costume contest has been a huge success and we anticipate imaginations to run wild again this year! The theme of the 2009 Parade is "Mad Hatters' Ball".
