LVCC is looking for volunteers to pour the beer in the beer booths and help out at the entrance gates. Each charity that sends its volunteers gets to keep the tips their team collects.  This is a fun way to raise some money for your organization.  The admission to the event will be free for volunteers, and food and drinks will be free as well.
 
We are asking people to sign up for 2 hour shifts. Please forward this to your volunteers and send me their names, email address and cell phone number. Make sure you indicate your preferred shift and alternate shift.  If you want your group to do shifts together, that's fine.  Sign up soon, because this is a very popular event.  For details, contact Carol.

We have a limited number of openings for retailers for food and beverage (water, juice and pop only) vendors at a discounted rate for our neighboring businesses who support LVCC.

 

The fee for the booth would normally be about $700 for a booth. LVCC is offering a discounted booth to you for $200.  See details.

Retail (non-food) booths are also available at this discounted price. The application can be found at www.chicagoevents.com. We have purposely planned to have only a few food/beverage vendors so each booth can make a good profit without too much competition.
