Our next West Lakeview Neighbors meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 19^th at 7:00 PM at the Lincoln Belmont Library (1659 W. Melrose).

• 32^nd Alderman Scott Waguespack update on city budget and other issues
• Merchant Introduction:  Building Blocks, 3306 Lincoln
• Traffic calming options – Keith Weaver, CDOT
• Review of sidewalk cafés – give us your feedback on sidewalk cafés.  If you can’t attend the meeting, send feedback to secretary@wlvn.org

CTA Brown Line Alert - Construction Activity Notice:

Dates:                         November 17, 2008 through November 21, 2008

Work Hours:               Monday through Friday - 7 PM nightly until 5 AM the next morning

Work Activity:             Signal work on the Brown Line - Southport and Paulina Stations

Impact to Residents:
*    There will be noise while the work is being performed.
*    CTA property beneath the tracks will need to be accessed by the contractor.
