There is discussion about testing a couple night games at
Wrigley Field on Friday and Saturday evenings in the 2009
Chicago Cubs season. Currently there are no Friday
or Saturday evening games at Wrigley Field. In fact, in
the past couple years, the neighborhood and the Cubs worked
together to move the time of Friday day games earlier in the
afternoon.
There is no official request at this time. The
purpose of the survey is to gather neighborhood input on the
possibility. Your responses will be shared in aggregrate
with the Chicago Cubs and the local Aldermen. The
results will also be posted on the Lake View Citizens' Council
web site later this month.
