WE HEREBY GIVE NOTICE
that the Annual Meeting of the Membership of Lake View Citizens' Council will be held at St Luke's Church, 1500 W Belmont, Chicago, Illinois 60657 on Thursday, May 8th, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following matters:

election of five (5) directors to serve for a period of two (2) years;
election of a President to serve for a period of one (1) year;
presentation of awards to outstanding citizens of Lake View;
presentation of the LV:360 project by community schools; and
consideration of such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournments thereof.

Food and refreshments will be provided.

Members in good standing of record as of the close of business on April 30, 2008 are entitled to notice, and to vote at, the meeting and any adjournment thereof.

Additional individuals wishing to run for either LVCC President or LVCC Board Members-at-Large may file a petition with the LVCC Secretary by April 30, 2008 to appear on the ballot.
