E-Citizen Newsletter Serving Lake View Since 1952
January 2009

 LVCC LogoDear John,

We wish everyone a happy new year 2009!  A lot is happening in Lake View. First, we're planning a candidate forum to address Rahm Emanuel's vacant 5th District House Seat.  Second, we continue to work on proposed planned developments (Addison/Clark, Advocate Hospital, Brompton Auto, etc.).  And third, we're looking forward to renovations and expansions of green space via several local efforts to re-do and built community parks

Read below to find out about:
- Hot Chocolate and Hot Dogs on January 4th;
- Anti-crime and Personal Safety Seminars; and
- How You Can Recycle Your Christmas Tree.

Don't forget all these events and much more is listed on LVCC's calendar of programming and events for the neighborhood.
