Halloween Party
SLN is planning a Halloween Party on October 11th at South Lakeview Park (Wolfram/Lakewood). The event is on Saturday, Oct. 11th, from 10 am- noon. Activities include facepainting, moon bounce, pumpkin patch and decorating and a parade.
Halloween Extravaganza
On Saturday, October 25th from 10AM to 1PM (rain or shine), join CLVN at Agassiz School (2851 N Seminary) for an Ann Sather's Breakfast.  Activities include costume contest, cookie decorating, face painting, balloon creations, mini-pumkin decorating and more.  Spooky story time throughout the day.  Free concert by Little Miss Ann at 12N.
Halloween Hoopla
This year's 5th annual Halloween Hoopla will be taking place Sunday, October 26th from Noon to 3pm at Nettelhorst School. Immediately following the festivities, the children will trick-or-treat at Lakeview East businesses from 3-6PM. We will be compiling a list of Lakeview East shops that will be welcoming trick-or-treaters.

Trick or Treat
The annual event on Southport will be held on Friday, October 31st , from
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM.  The Lakeview Chamber of Commerce puts on the event on Southport from Belmont to Byron.
Halloween Parade
The 12th Annual Triangle Neighbors' Northalsted Halloween Parade is on Friday, October 31st at 7PM.  Hosted by Miss Foozie, the costume contest for kids, pets, adults and groups has been a huge success! It's the year of the "Rat" in Chinese Zodiac and so we're hoping to see everything from "Ratatouille" to "The Rat Pack" to "Rugrats", lead by our very own "Franken-Rat".   The parade is completely free and all the sponsorship proceeds benefit Space Park. Registration is at Spin at 5:30PM and the parade kicks off at Melrose and Halsted and goes north on Halsted to Brompton before gathering at our main stage at Roscoe and Halsted.
